Wireless Zone® Launches “1K for Good” — Empowering

Employees to Give Back Locally

Mystic, CT — November 21, 2025 — The Gladstone/Ryan Wireless Zone® Group is proud

to announce the launch of 1K for Good, a company-wide giving initiative designed to

empower employees to make a meaningful difference in their communities.

At the recent Wireless Zone® National Convention, the group was honored for writing the

most community grants over the past 11 years — a total of $420,000. In recognition, the

Wireless Zone Gives Foundation awarded an additional $80,000. Rather than keeping these

funds centrally managed, we made the decision to include our entire team in this endeavor

— empowering every employee to donate $1,000 to a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit of their

choice.

“Giving back is at the heart of who we are,” said Neil Ryan, Partner, Gladstone/Ryan Group.

“This program celebrates our culture of caring by allowing every employee to support a

cause that’s personal to them. It’s a chance for us to connect, inspire, and strengthen the

communities that support us every day.”

So far in 2025, Wireless Zone has donated more than $180,000 to organizations across

Eastern Connecticut, with major beneficiaries including:

Always Home – $17,500

East Lyme Giving Garden — $7,500

Mystic Aquarium — $25,000

New England Science and Sailing (NESS) — $9,000

Ocean Community Chamber — $5,000

Safe Futures — $10,000

Waterford Country School — $10,000

Read to Ride — $4,500

The initiative reflects Wireless Zone’s Five Promises culture — Care, Inspire, Connect, Be

Authentic, and Drive the Business — by turning individual passion into collective impact.

Each selected nonprofit will receive a $1,000 grant and be invited to their local Wireless

Zone store for a check presentation and celebration.

so many lives.”

To celebrate the impact of this initiative, grant recipients will be announced weekly on

social media and through local press releases.
