• Sweets: guava cream puffs, passionfruit & chocolate millefeuille, cardamom semlor
• Savory: ham & cheese scone, cured fish finger sandwiches on milk bread, cucumber & labneh finger sandwiches on caramelized onion bread

Brunch 10 am - 2pm, Main Course - choice of:

• Eggs Benedict, English muffin, cured ham, wilted spinach, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce
• Baked custard brioche, poached rhubarb, spiced maple syrup, brown butter, pecans
• Slow roasted herbed prime beef, wild onion potatoes, koji cultured horseradish cream, two sunny side farm eggs

Dinner 2pm - 6pm, Main Course - choice of:

• Tagliatelle, pea tendril pesto, pine nuts, ricotta salata, mint
• Day-boat Scallops, fiddlehead & herb couscous, breakfast radishes, pistachios, ramp bulb salsa verde
• Prime beef slow roasted with herbs, spring asparagus, butter poached lobster, Béarnaise sauce
