Driven by a lifelong passion for wellness, movement, and helping others feel their best, I am proud to be the owner of The Joint Chiropractic Groton, launching in Fall 2025. As a military spouse and veteran-owned business, I am committed to serving my community and making a difference in the lives of others.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, including personal training, sports performance, corrective exercise, health coaching, and wellness leadership, I’ve helped individuals and communities improve their health through education, motivation, and connection.
