Hope & Healing Professional Counseling is a private practice dedicated to helping individuals overcome trauma and stressful life events in as few as only 1-5 sessions. As a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapist and a specialist in addressing trauma, postpartum challenges, grief, divorce and overcoming unwanted habits/addictions and even improve performance enhancement as I guide clients toward reclaiming their power, restoring their confidence and integrating a new healthy mindset. 

I am also the founder of EmpowerHER, an initiative inspired by the needs of so many women in my practice seeking community, uplifting relationships, and connection. EmpowerHER is dedicated to hosting empowering events, including guided meditations in various serene locations such as a Himalayan salt cave, Reiki sessions, and full day retreats, where women can come together to recharge and grow in a supportive environment.

Based in Groton, I am passionate about creating spaces for connection, healing, and transformation in both my private practice and the wider community.
