I’m excited to join the Mystic Chamber of Commerce and become part of a community of business leaders who are committed to strengthening the region. 

My name is Leonard, and I am the owner of Fitness Machine Technicians (FMT) serving New London, Middlesex, and New Haven counties.

FMT provides professional fitness equipment repair and preventative maintenance for residential clients, commercial gyms, apartment communities, hotels, universities, physical therapy clinics, and high-performance athletic programs. With a 24-year active-duty military background, I bring a standard of discipline, reliability, and mission-ready service to every customer we support.

Our goal is simple: keep the community’s fitness equipment safe, functional, and operating at peak performance. Whether it’s a single treadmill in a home or a full commercial fitness center, we deliver military-grade service with local, personal care.
