Cucina Al Pantheon was born from a love of Italian tradition and the belief that the best memories are made around the table. We wanted to create a place where Mystic locals feel at home, visitors are welcomed like family, and a great meal can turn an ordinary evening into something worth remembering.

At Cucina, there’s room for every kind of occasion. It can feel as comfortable as Sunday dinner at your nonna’s table, while still being special enough for an anniversary, rehearsal dinner, birthday, or milestone celebration. Whether you’re stopping in for a glass of wine, sharing pasta with friends, or gathering the whole family around the table, we want Cucina to be a place you return to again and again.

Our home makes that story even more special. Cucina Al Pantheon sits inside Mystic’s historic 1931 granite bank, where grand, Pantheon-inspired columns have stood for nearly a century. Today, they frame a new kind of gathering place—one we hope becomes Mystic’s living room.

The name Pantheon reflects that spirit. Inspired by Rome and generations of Italian tradition, it represents a place where people come together. Here in Mystic, that means neighbors, families, friends, and visitors gathering over homemade Italian dishes, thoughtfully selected wines, handcrafted cocktails, and conversation that lasts well beyond dinner.
