Compliance Sweepstakes Services LLC ("CSS") for over twenty-five years has been an

advisory service providing clients with Sweepstakes operational recommendations with

applicable knowledge of federal, state, and local lottery laws and regulations as they are

presently enforced or interpreted in the United States. CSS services include; Render

general advice and assistance in the development of a Sweepstakes promotion,

particularly as related to legal considerations and Sweepstakes mechanics; Submit

Sweepstakes Official Rules, and legal disclaimers that govern the offer; Advise to the

filing of the Sweepstakes with the various states in compliance with the laws governing

bonding and registration of Sweepstakes promotions; Randomly select winners from

Client’s provided entrant list according to Official Rules criteria; Indemnify and hold

Client and their respective employees and officers of this entity, harmless from any and

all loss, cost, or expense of any suit or claim arising out of CSS’s performance in

handling the portions of a Sweepstakes; Maintain through the completion of the

Promotion, errors and omissions insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per claim.
