Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and highly enthusiastic Ice Cream Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving to specific locations and selling pre-packaged ice creams and snacks. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate records.

Must have Drivers License...NO CDL REQUIRED

Duties

• Safely operate and drive trucks to sell ice cream at various locations.
• Ensure the proper restocking of ice cream, adhering to food safety standards.
• Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and customers regarding schedules, timelines and any potential issues.
• Uphold high standards of customer service during interactions with clients.
• Assist in upselling additional products when appropriate during transactions.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while on the road.
• Basic math skills for handling monetary transactions and inventory management.
• Baseline knowledge of food safety practices and regulations relevant to the food industry is advantageous (but not required).
• Experience in food preparation or working in a kitchen or café environment is advantageous (but not required).
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions is advantageous (but not required).
