Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Cash out clients and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Handle our red light therapy system (InvisaRED).
• Weight loss coach assistant with potential for advancement.
• Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
• Ensure the office is clean and welcoming.
• Answer phone calls and connect with clients.
• Respect and protect clients' privacy at all times.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Professional and driven attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA laws (training can be provided).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Training Provided:

• HIPAA laws and regulations.
• Scheduling system operations.
• Red light therapy treatment procedures.
• Office operations
• Experience not necessary - We will train
