$77,324 – $88,821
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Selects and applies standard civil engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to a variety of public works
planning, construction, design and land surveying projects; provides technical assistance and consultation to
Town Departments, Boards, and commissions; and inspects construction projects.Duties to include performing
review of construction documents and plans for compliance with civil engineering, as well as industry standards
and guidelines, obtaining ability to design various civil engineering items such as drainage systems, and
providing assistance to the public on policies and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The skills and knowledge required would generally be acquired with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Valid Motor Vehicle License Required. Certification as an Engineer-In-Training desirable.
