In Vegetarian Hearth Cooking, cook a 19th-century vegetarian meal in the Buckingham-Hall House at Mystic Seaport Museum. We’ll use historic meat-free recipes to create a complete meal using open hearth cooking techniques. Cooks with any level of experience are welcome. All materials are provided; just bring your enthusiasm and appetite! This program is for ages 16+
