The Savory Stalk, June 4th, 4-6:30pm
Menu: Rhubarb and Cheddar Tart, Wheatberry salad with Rhubarb-mint dressing, and Quick Pickled Rhubarb
Beyond the Pie, June 11th, 4-6:30pm
Menu: Vanilla-poached Rhubarb Pound Cake, Sweet Tangy Rhubarb Fool, and Rhubarb Soda
Sauce it Up, June 18th, 4-6:30pm
Menu: Rhubarb BBQ sauce, Rhubarb Salsa Verde, and Tart & Sweet Rhubarb shrub.
