Our exciting, women’s-only introduction course is a great way to learn and get more comfortable with stand up paddle boarding. You will learn water safety, proper paddle technique and the skills to paddle confidently. This is a laid back class to build your confidence and get you out on the water having fun! The class is also led by a female instructor. Take in the scenic, historical views along the Mystic River as you connect with nature. Stick around post paddle for a complimentary wine down, no pressure!
