We invite you to join us here at Stonington Natural Health Center for the class 'Judgment of Others and Self & How It Effects Us' with Valinda. We learn to judge at a very early age. We judge how we look, speak, act and think, just name a few. Having awareness of these things can help us greatly to access more self love and higher consciousness. When we judge others, we are actually experiencing a mirror effect. Seeing something we won’t or can’t see in ourselves. This class is designed to help you to have awareness and give you tools to help you to navigate your relationships in a way that allows for a greater understanding of self and others.
