The Bill Memorial Library in the City of Groton invites children and caregivers to a special all-ages Halloween Story Time on Thursday, October 26 at 10:00 AM. We will share silly “spooky” stories, fingerplays and songs with live music. Costumes are welcome! No registration necessary; please call the library at 860-445-0392 for further information. Library hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The Bill Memorial Library, a landmark on Groton Bank since 1890, is located at 240 Monument Street in the City of Groton, near the Groton Monument and historic Fort Griswold.
