The Museum’s hands-on workshops provide a wonderful opportunity for students to explore the collection, learn innovative art techniques and make new friends. Programs take place on the second Tuesday of the month, 1 – 3:30 pm. Participants may register for any number of classes. Participants will enhance their critical thinking, communication, and visual literacy skills as they explore the galleries and complete a hands-on art project each month. This program is designed specifically for aspiring homeschool artists ages 5-12. Price Per Workshop: Individual Classes: Members $20 / Non-members $22 

February 11- Flowers, Memory, and Kintsugi – Take inspiration from Thuan Vu’s dynamic paintings of flowers and personal reflections on beauty, discovery, and growth. Learn some of the traditional symbolism of flowers and make a vibrant painting that explores those different meanings.
