Where: Alongside the West Side of the Mystic River, North of the Historic Bascule Bridge

1. I95 Highway Bridge on River Road

2. Isham Street (at Bay Street)

3. Water Street across from Daniel Packer Inn

4. Williams Beach at the Ocean Community YMCASafety at the Event
