October 20 – November 17 Become a comic book creator in this exciting 5-class series designed for children. Learn to craft your own short comic book from start to finish. From basic drawing techniques, including shapes, objects, and figures, to layout, design, and the essentials of storytelling in comics, learn the foundational elements of comic book art. Explore the art of inking and techniques for adding shadows, depth, and texture to enhance the visual impact of your comics. Put your ideas into action by drafting and drawing your own superhero and comic story. Taught by Brett Swanson.
