Learn the art of making the perfect cheese board! Our cheese shop manager, Liz, will teach you how to perfect the salami river, crumble cheese with ease, and pick the perfect pairings for your cheese selections. Each person will build themselves a mini board for two and get to take it home with them that night! We'll also do a speed cheese tasting so you can learn how to select cheese with the best of them! This class will be held in our shop afterhours. Please let the host know of any allergies prior to arriving at the class. Our shop is NOT BYOB, so please, no alcohol.
