'Boat for Women' is a no-cost program that was developed to introduce women to manufacturing careers at General Dynamics Electric Boat. This free trade exploratory program, exclusively for women 18 years and older, is a great way to explore different trades and see if a manufacturing career at EB is the move for you! 

Program sessions are six-classes-long and feature a class in pipefitting, electrical, sheetmetal, shipfitting, welding and machining. The next session will run Jan. 4 – Jan. 20, 2022.
