In celebration of International Day of Yoga,
the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce presents our
third annual YOGAPALOOZA
Program: The event features a diverse program of yoga classes led by experienced Local Connecticut & Rhode Island instructors with various traditions, including Yin yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Mandala Flow, Heartfelt Hatha, Mindful Yoga, Transcendental Silent Yoga, Kids Yoga and more. Each class would offer participants the opportunity to deepen their practice, whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi.
In addition to yoga classes, YogaPalooza offers workshops and seminars on meditation, mindfulness, Ayurveda, Kirtan, Breath Works, Sound Bath and other holistic practices. Participants would have the chance to learn from experts in these fields and gain new insights into their personal wellness journey.
Special Guest & Opening Ceremony Speaker: Devarshi (Steve Hartman)
Devarshi’s training has included many years in personal growth classrooms, training with Werner Ehrhardt in EST, Lifespring, LifeStream, ARAS, The New Warrior Program, Avatar Master/Wizard, and of course, yoga with almost every leading yoga teacher of the past three decades. He has been a student and teacher of A Course in Miracles since 1976. He currently resides in Palm Springs and he has two grown children, Patrick and Lucy, plus all the struggles and joys that a full life brings. The terrain of transformational tools for individuals remains his passionate exploration and inquiry.
Devarshi currently teaches Pranotthan Yoga Teacher Trainings and at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York, Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, All That Matters Studio in Wakefield, Rhode Island, Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, and 1440 Multiversity, in Santa Cruz, California, as well as conferences and workshops around the globe. He maintains a private practice in Yoga Therapy, Spiritual Support, Transformational Breathwork, and Bodywork in Palm Springs, CA.
Vendors and Exhibitors: Throughout the event, attendees can explore a marketplace showcasing sustainable and ethically sourced products, including yoga apparel, eco-friendly accessories, natural skincare products, crystals, and healing herbs. Food vendors offering nourishing and wholesome meals, snacks, and beverages to support participants' well-being.
Community and Connection: YogaPalooza is a gathering of like-minded individuals seeking personal growth, spiritual connection, and community. Participants have the opportunity to connect with fellow yogis, share experiences, and forge new friendships in a supportive and inclusive environment.
