Participants will glue up their pieces, flatten and resaw their material, then shape and prepare their coasters for finishing. By the end of class, each student will leave with a completed set of eight coasters (or two sets of four) and finish to apply at home.
Along the way, students will gain hands-on experience with key woodshop tools and techniques. Spark members who demonstrate safe and confident use may receive certifications on the jointer, planer, bandsaw, and router table.
