‘Pump Your Chest’-Upper Body Workout – We Lift Heavy

Tuesdays: 10am-1115am
Thursdays: 12pm-115pm
On ‘Pump Your Chest’ Day, class begins with a short warm-up followed by a circuit of exercises including battle ropes, ball slams, BOSU balances, and kettlebells, and then uses free weights and weight machines to focus on compound movements, which mimic real-life activities and improve functional strength, and isolation exercises which improve overall strength and muscle development. Since we focus on Chest and Back, our compound movements may include bench press and assisted pull-ups, and isolation exercises may include lat rows/pull-downs, cable cross-overs, dumbbell flys, chest dips and seated rows, among others. This is a women only class open to all skill levels.
