Kimberly Lutts

This course introduces the fundamentals of fashion illustration and design. Students will draw inspiration from art movements, culture, history, and personal experiences to design their own themed fashion pieces. They’ll explore how to turn these ideas into original looks through fashion illustration.

Students will learn the basics of proportion, poses, composition, textures, color palettes, and style. The class also introduces simple sewing techniques, pattern-making, and key fashion concepts. It’s a perfect class for expressing creativity, building confidence in drawing, and turning ideas into unique designs.
