Enjoy a three-course Mother's Day brunch featuring fresh spring flavors from our award-winning culinary team. We are thrilled to welcome back Cassie Adam of Rose Hill Bloom Company for our Brunch & Bouquet experience. Guests are invited to dine and design their Mother's Day bouquet with armfuls of swoon-worthy, locally grown blooms.

Cassie, a wedding florist, mother of two, and the heart behind her woman-owned business--is known for her vibrant, garden-inspired arrangements grown right here in Connecticut. Brunch is $75 for adults and $35 for kids, with the option to add a bouquet to make Mom's Day even more memorable. Reservations are strongly encouraged--space is limited!
