NOW HIRING: OFFICE MANAGER / RECEPTIONIST

Stonington Natural Health Center is looking for a warm, professional, highly organized, and proactive Office Manager / Receptionist to become an important part of our growing holistic healthcare and wellness center.

This is a diverse and rewarding position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, being creative, and taking initiative. The ideal candidate will be someone who can confidently manage the front office while also helping the Owner/Director with the day-to-day operation and growth of the Center.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and caring for patients and managing the front desk

Scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments, and handling administrative tasks

Supporting the Owner/Director with organization, scheduling, and special projects

Managing social media and creating engaging marketing content

Creating marketing emails through Constant Contact and Wix

Updating the website

Creating flyers, promotional materials, signage, and other marketing pieces

Helping coordinate events and community outreach

Maintaining an attractive, welcoming, organized Center

Resetting and preparing treatment rooms between patients

Managing office supplies, systems, and day-to-day operations

Assisting with the growth of the Center and welcoming additional wellness practitioners

We are looking for someone who is:

Dependable • Organized • Friendly • Professional • Creative • Proactive • Detail-oriented

Strong computer and communication skills are essential. Experience with social media, Canva, Wix, Constant Contact, marketing, and healthcare/wellness offices is a plus.

Compensation & Perks

30–40 hours per week, depending on schedule and experience.
