Dayne Rugh, Curator and Director of Slater Memorial Museum at Norwich Free Academy and owner of Keys to History LLC. https://keystohistory.com/ will present his biography on a long-forgotten Revolutionary War Colonel John Durkee from Norwich CT dressed in period garb.

The book dives into the history of Colonel Durkee as well as his unsung contributions that shaped the history of Connecticut during the 1760's in addition to documenting his life through  his service in the American Revolution. The book also unpacks the lives of his soldiers as well as several unknown soldiers of color including Black an Mohegan Native American soldiers.https://keystohistory.com/historic-reenacting
