Our most beloved event of the year - a traditional New England lobster bake. The remarkable staff from McGrath's Clambakes put on a food spectacle like no other. Digging the trench, placing crates of steamers, mussels, corn, potatoes and yes, LOBSTER on top of hot coals and covering it all with damp sailcloth to steam underneath. An official unveiling and toast to start the party! We eat and then we dance to the high energy of our favorite Boston band - HOT MESS! .
