Collectors Roundtable: Your Other Collection

Those who collect art love it and understand it, from a very personal perspective. The MMoA Collectors Roundtable is an opportunity to share that passion and knowledge!

Many collectors who are actively trying to grow their collections often gravitate towards a particular focus, whether that be a specific artist, time period, subject matter, etc. Yet many of us also accrue other collections over time; sometimes intentionally, as interests and tastes change and evolve; sometimes without even realizing it, simply through the act of moving through life and the objects that accrue as a result.

On June 3, join us for a lively show-and-tell discussion of several “Other Collections,” and how they came to be.

Admission is free with registration, but space is limited so reserve your spot online before 4pm on June 3 or by calling 860.536.7601 and pressing 0. Non-collectors are also welcome to these discussions of what we collect, and why.

Doors open at 5, and the Collectors Roundtable begins promptly at 5:30pm. Parking validations are provided with admission to all evening events at the Museum.
