The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce and Earth Annie Yoga invite our members to start the new year off with a positive mindset and treat your mind and body to a free yin yoga session at Dean's Mill Farm! Perfect for both beginners and as well as seasoned practitioners. Yoga props provided. Refreshments to follow!
