Your favorite brunch spot just got a holiday glow-up! This season, Pop Over in Mystic debuts its NEW Outdoor Bar, transformed into a Bavarian-inspired winter wonderland filled with twinkling lights, heaters, fuzzy blankets, and more trees than the North Pole. 

Sip and stay cozy under the stars with spiced Glühwein, naughty & nice holiday cocktails, warm ciders, spiked hot chocolates, and local winter brews — paired with house-made soups, stews, and authentic Bavarian pretzels. 

Winter Nights at Pop runs November 28–January 4, Thursday–Sunday evenings, at 24 E. Main Street, Mystic.

Nov 28–29 | Opening Weekend & Lighted Boat Parade Celebrate one of Mystic’s biggest weekends with hot drinks, holiday cheer, and an after-party with Santa. 

Dec 4 | Santa Returns to Pop The man in red is back to spread more cheer (and maybe sneak a cocktail). 

Dec 13 | Santa’s Workshop & Cocktails Parents sip outside while kids decorate cookies and hang with Santa and his elves. (Ticketed event.) 

Dec 20 | Confessions with Claus Adults confess their holiday “sins” to Santa — and might just earn a spot back on the nice list.
