Looking to take your fitness to the next level? This HIIT style workout class is designed to test your balance, mobility, and strength! With movements like burpees, push-ups, planks, squats, and paddleboard climb-overs, you’ll be sure to break a sweat while having fun. This class will include a brief stretch and cool down, and “timed” workout will be between 20-25 minutes. All movements will be done on a paddleboard, so experience is a must.
