Painting at Holistic in Mystic

Come add your personal touch to a painting and then pass it on to your neighbor to do the same until that timer goes off until you end up with yours! You get to tell the story of what it means to you with everyone's contribution. I think this is a fun way to connect with one another in a small intimate setting! There are NO limits, requirements, judgements, or rules (accept a 1/2 hour timer ) Just paint what you FEEL! Add your own special touch of love to the painting placed in front of you. It's also a way to teach yourself how to "LET GO," when it's time and detach! When you get your original painting back, you can tell the story of what it means to you at the end, or the beginning, whichever it is for you! I am excited to see what you all come up with and add to each other's pieces. It's a way to connect and vibe with each other in such a fun, inspiring way! See you there! Everything will be provided! Just bring your amazing beautiful self with an open mind and heart! NO skills necessary! Just have fun and BE in the moment. Light snacks, music and good vibes always... (the time is based on 6 people) New paints and brushes!!! :)
