Start with Bacon-Wrapped Scallops ($25), served with a pear and endive salad and finished with a fig balsamic glaze. For the main event, the Surf & Turf ($85) pairs a 7-ounce filet with a lobster mac and cheese–stuffed lobster, accompanied by asparagus and roasted tomato béarnaise.
