📣 Calling all renters! Build your financial foundation. 

🏡 Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut offers free monthly workshops with professionals from the financial, real estate, and estate planning sector to help individuals gain the skills and knowledge to purchase their first home. 

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families interested in Habitat homeownership are encouraged to attend, as well as those who want to gain insight into the home buying process. The workshops are open to all. Habitat has partnered with Chelsea Groton Bank on the series, which will feature presenters Miria Morgan, Matt Morrell, Edwin Lobo, Marjarie Perrone, and attorney Daniel King of Lahan & King, LLC. 

Workshops run from 5pm - 6pm in the Habitat conference room, 1 Bailey Circle, New London. Advance registration is recommended by emailing Director of Homeownership and Programs DeWayne K. Wynn Jr. at mission@habitatect.org or call (860)442-7890 ext. 201.
