Dosa and its Variations (Fermented Rice and Lentil Crepe), Sambhar (Lentil Soup with Seasonal Vegetables), Coconut Chutney and Peanut Chutney, Spiced Mashed Potatoes, Filter Kaapi (Coffee Brewed Indian Way), Appetizer stand (Precooked ). At Kitch, our cooking classes are a hands on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines, you’ll break into groups, and actively prepare the night’s menu, with each group handling a different recipe.
