Did you know that Connecticut has a rich history of not only dairy farming, but also cheesemaking?! During this tasting class we'll learn about the history of cheesemaking in Connecticut and where cheesemaking stands today. Our class will feature some big Connecticut farms, but also a few up and coming local cheesemakers! This class will feature a tasing of 5 Connecticut based creameries, and some classic pairings to follow. Classes take place in our cheese shop after hours.
