With over 30 years of experience inspecting over 5,000 homes throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Fisher’s Island, Tom has earned a reputation as a master inspector who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service to his clients. As a certified ASHI Inspector and member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and Connecticut Association of Home Inspections (CAHI), Tom brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to his work. 

Tom has ample experience with New England homes and is well-versed in the challenges faced by the area’s waterfront properties and century homes. Clients rely on Tom for his qualifications, efficiency, and precision in reporting.
