Heather and Dale, the dynamic husband-and-wife duo behind Riverview Realty, have built a real estate legacy rooted in trust, resilience, and community spirit. Based in Norwich and licensed in both Connecticut and Rhode Island, Heather and Dale bring nearly three decades of experience and a distinctly personal touch to every transaction.

Heather’s journey into real estate began at the young age of 19, driven by her passion for connecting with people. By the time she was 21, she had earned her broker’s license, and in 2000 she purchased her own agency—Lott Realty, LLC—which was later rebranded as Riverview Realty. Dale, with a background in building materials sales and a strong work ethic, joined Heather in both life and business in the mid-2000s. Together, they’ve weathered market highs and lows with integrity, especially during the challenges of the 2008 housing crisis.

What sets Riverview Realty apart isn’t just Heather and Dale’s depth of knowledge—it’s their family-first mindset. As a small, family-run operation, they work tirelessly to understand their clients’ needs, offering personalized marketing plans and honest guidance. Dale’s professional photography skills are a unique asset to their listings, ensuring every home shines.

Their dedication to the community goes beyond business. Both are proud ambassadors for the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Eastern Connecticut. Over the years, they’ve participated in the Builders Association of Southeastern Connecticut, co-founded Rose City BNI, and have continuously supported local economic and civic initiatives.

When they’re not working, you’ll find them enjoying life to the fullest. Dale is a skilled guitarist and car enthusiast, while Heather is a knowledge seeker reading and studying anything that has to do with health, business, and biohacking. They both love fitness and are self-proclaimed foodies, trying out the newest restaurants in town and posting reviews on their social media accounts.

Early on, Heather wanted to teach her two daughters, Hannah and Alexia, the importance of giving back. They adopted a senior center in Norwich and each year deliver holiday cheer with gifts and visits around Christmas and Easter time.

Being recognized by the Community Proud series is deeply meaningful to both Heather and Dale. “We are humbled to be recognized. The Chamber brings the community together in such a vital way, and we are honored to be a part of it,” they shared.

Thank you, Heather and Dale, for being true examples of what it means to be Community Proud.
