Penni has been an integral part of the Chelsea Groton team since 2005, starting as Head Teller in Mystic and progressing through various retail positions to her current role as Assistant Vice President and Customer Solutions Manager of the Mystic branch. Penni's unwavering devotion to Chelsea Groton customers is evident through her attentive listening, personalized recommendations, and proactive problem-solving. Her strong community ties and customer relationships have exemplified her as a true asset to the Mystic area.

Beyond her professional achievements, Penni has also generously contributed her time and energy to numerous community events and initiatives. As a previous Board Member of the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer at events such as the Mystic Irish Parade, Mystic Eats, Mystic Outdoor Arts Festival, Special Olympics Penguin Plunge, and the Pirate Invasion, she has shown a personal commitment to enhancing the local community.
