Important Load-In & Parking Information:
Load-in begins at 9:30 AM. You can drop your belongings at your booth location before but cars cannot be parked on Cottrell as it will be closed to traffic. You should seek parking on Washington Street, which will put you close to your booth space. When you pack up, you will need to bring your stuff to your car.
Cottrell Street will close to all vehicles at 10:00 AM and will remain closed until 8:30 PM or the time the police deem the streets safe to have vehicles on them. Vehicles must be off the street by 10:00 AM, with no exceptions.
The market will end at 4pm - 4:30pm. All booths must be cleaned up and off of Cottrell Street by 5pm. Vendors can not drive their car into the closed street at all while the street is closed. When closing and packing up, your cars will be parked close (on Washington Street, for ease of getting your stuff to your car. We highly recommend bringing a hand truck, etc. Cars will not be permitted back on the street until after 8:30 PM. This is a police safety mandate and must be followed.
Thank you for helping us make this event safe and successful for everyone. We can’t wait to see Mystic filled with holiday spirit and the incredible work of our local artisans.
