Mystic Chamber Brings Back Mystic Matters

Mystic Matters is back with a whole new look! What started over 10 years ago as a public access television show with hosts Susette Tibus, Owner of Simply Majestic, and then Mystic Chamber President, Tricia Cunningham, is now returning as professionally produced short film episodes that will live on YouTube and be dispersed through social media platforms such as, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Bruce Flax, President at the Mystic Chamber stated - “The local public access cable show, Mystic Matters, stopped when COVID hit. When I took over as President, we saw an opportunity to rebrand this classic show and elevate it through YouTube and social media. Taking Mystic Matters in this new direction, fits into our narrative in continuing to provide benefits to our members with no additional cost to them.”

The new host of the show is Morgan Yandow, Membership Director at the Mystic Chamber. When asked how she felt about the role, Morgan replied, “I am so honored to be the host of the show and I know I have some big shoes to fill. Working with the production team at FWRD Content and filming with our members has been a great experience and is something fun and different for the chamber and our members. All episodes have some element of activity where the audience and myself gets to learn about the company in a live action shot – making it fun for viewers to watch and learn. But, what is most important to me is making these episodes a true benefit that adds value for our members. Having this show professionally produced that will live on social media, brings this member benefit to a higher caliber and what I believe, is a home run.”

Justin Tucker, Co-Founder of FWRD Content, stated – “When Bruce and Morgan first approached us at FWRD Content about helping them bring back Mystic Matters - I had one question, when do we start!? Instantly, I thought it was a GREAT idea! I grew up in Mystic, so telling Mystic’s current story through the lens of its business owners was an exciting premise for me! Bruce and the Team at the Mystic Chamber have been amazing to work with and we look forward to making many more episodes!”

The first Mystic Matters episode is with Adam Young, Owner and Head Pastry Chef at Sift Bake Shop, where Adam teaches Morgan on how to make the perfect macaroon! This episode will launch on Monday, August 1^st through the Mystic Chamber’s YouTube channel and short sneak peaks will be released through the other social media platforms. A new episode, highlighting a Mystic Chamber member, will be released every other week. Make sure to follow the Mystic Chamber on YouTube to stay up to date with all Mystic Matters!
