In addition to hiking trails in Connecticut and Rhode Island\, Steve has climbed all 67 mountains in New England that are taller than 4\,000 feet\; has climbed in the Himalayas\, Andes and Alps\; has run the Boston Marathon 11 times\; and kayaked most of the major rivers and lakes in the Northeast.
