The Offer to reserve COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS TO MYSTIC SEAPORT MUSEUM'S UPCOMING EXHIBIT - "Sargent, Whistler, and Venetian Glass: American Artists and the Magic of Murano" is from now through October 7.  The Tickets are valid at the Exhibit from October 16 to 31st.  

Mystic Seaport Museum wants to thank the Mystic community for their continued support by offering a complimentary pair of tickets to all Chamber members to their upcoming exhibit, "Sargent, Whistler, and Venetian Glass: American Artists and the Magic of Murano" opening October 15. The exhibit brings to life the Venetian glass revival of the late 19th century and the artistic experimentation the city inspired for visiting artists. It is the first comprehensive examination of American tourism, artmaking, and art collecting in Venice. This exhibit was produced and organized in collaboration with the Smithsonian American Art Museum (SAAM). This is the third and last stop for this extraordinary exhibit. The Washington Post has called the exhibit “gleeful, lavish and nothing short of visual joy.” The Wall Street Journal has described it as "enthralling and delightful." Tickets may be picked up at Mystic Seaport Museum's Thompson Exhibition Hall ticket counter October 16th through the 31st. Tickets will be good for admission to the exhibit Oct 16-31 only.
