Known for his inventive approach to sustainable seafood and his creative Japanese-inspired cuisine\, Rubin has earned national acclaim for his commitment to responsibly sourced fish and bold\, unexpected flavors. In 2025\, he was named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs and was also recognized by the James Beard Foundation as a semifinalist for Best Chef: Northeast.\nTogether\, the chefs will craft an unforgettable multi-course dinner celebrating kelp\, sustainable seafood\, and the vibrant ecosystem of New England's waters.
