Event Schedule: 1:00PM Parade begins at Friar Tucks on Water Street and ends at the Mystic Fire Department around 1:30pm.Trunk & Treat at the Mystic Fire House: 1:30PM - 3:00PM Everyone is gathered at the Mystic Fire Department. Trunk-or-Treat begins in the rear parking lot.
