A dynamic\, groove-driven drummer with deep roots in jazz\, funk\, hip-hop\, and house\, Evan brings a fresh\, boundary-pushing approach to live improvisational music while honoring the rich traditions that came before him. \nA product of Eastern Connecticut State University's jazz program and having studied under acclaimed drummer Jonathan Barber\, Evan has quickly become a sought-after sideman and bandleader across the Connecticut jazz scene and now New York City\, where he currently resides. Whether leading his own projects or collaborating across genres\, his playing is expressive\, high-energy\, and deeply musical.\nPlease note that the Knick no longer has a working kitchen.
