This practice blends movements with restorative postures, allowing you to unwind and connect with your body and breath. Experience a slow, mindful sequence of movements that encourages flexibility and ease, suitable for all skill levels. Use props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to fully support your body in restorative poses, promoting relaxation. Focus on deep, calming breath and mindful mantra. Suitable for all skill levels. Open to every-body
