‘Build Your Bi’s’-Arm Day – We Lift Heavy

Saturday: 10am-1115am
On ‘Build Your Bi’s’ Arm Day, class begins with a short warm-up, followed by a circuit of exercises including battle ropes, ball slams, BOSU balances, and kettlebells, and then uses free weights and weight machines to focus on compound movements, which mimic real-life activities and improve functional strength, and isolation exercises which improve overall strength and muscle development. On Arm Day we focus on shoulders, biceps and triceps through compound movements such as the overhead press, and isolation exercises such as shrugs, upright rows, tricep extension, bicep curls, and face pulls, among others. This is a women-only class open to all skill levels.
