Description

Beginner’s Mind Yoga Classes in the La Grua Gallery Room focus is on Iyengar-inspired postures, using props and including some Yin Yoga postures to build strength, flexibility and awareness. All levels are welcome; working on fundamentals is our core practice.  We provide all props needed, so grab a yoga mat and join us!  Drop-Ins welcome; $20/class.
